These Terms of Use govern your use of emblemedgeuniforms.store and any purchase made through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Site is operated by Spider Thread Studio, LLC, doing business as Emblem Edge Uniforms ("Emblem Edge Uniforms," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Florida.
1. Products and Orders
Emblem Edge Uniforms specializes in custom embroidered scrubs and uniforms for vocational healthcare schools and training programs. Products are made to order and customized with the school’s approved logo, colors, and specifications.
By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including logo files, sizes, colors, quantities, and delivery addresses, is accurate; that you are authorized to place the order on behalf of the school or organization when applicable; and that you will review and approve the embroidery proof before production begins.
2. Custom Orders and Final Sale Policy
Because custom and embroidered products are made to approved specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom embroidered items because of preference, incorrect customer-provided information, or incorrect size selection. This final-sale rule does not apply to confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors made by Emblem Edge Uniforms.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly embroidered, or different from the approved order, contact us within three business days of delivery at info@emblemedgeuniforms.store. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the affected item, and photographs of the package and shipping label when applicable.
If the problem resulted from an error by Emblem Edge Uniforms, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Pricing for school programs is provided by custom quote based on quantity, approved styles, colors, embroidery requirements, delivery method, and other order specifications. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date.
The standard school program includes one approved logo, one embroidery location, free logo digitization, and one digital proof. Additional logos, embroidery locations, individual names, special designs, split shipments, and other authorized additions or changes are quoted separately and may affect the price and schedule.
We reserve the right to update retail prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed unless the customer authorizes a change to the approved order.
Payment is due as specified in the quote or order confirmation. Payment or purchase-order terms for institutional orders must be approved in writing before production begins.
4. Production and Delivery Timelines
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Production begins only after the order details, sizes, colors, artwork, and embroidery proof have been approved in writing and all applicable payment or purchase-order requirements have been satisfied.
Your estimated production schedule will be provided with your quote or order confirmation. Large orders, special colors, backordered products, additional embroidery locations, individual names, special designs, and other approved changes may affect pricing and production time.
Free standard shipping is available within the continental United States for qualifying orders of 30 or more complete scrub sets. After production is complete and the order has shipped, standard carrier transit normally takes 2–6 business days. Carrier transit time does not include production, embroidery, artwork approval, sourcing, or order processing.
Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Emblem Edge Uniforms is not responsible for carrier delays outside its control, but we will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries and claims.
5. Embroidery Approval
Before production begins, we will send a digital embroidery proof for approval. Production will not start until written approval is received. By approving the proof, you confirm that the design, text, colors, placement, and other displayed details are correct.
We are not responsible for errors in the finished product that were present in a proof approved by the customer.
Any change requested or authorized after proof approval may require revised pricing, a new proof, and an updated production schedule. Production will resume only after the revised details have been approved in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting a school logo or other artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant Spider Thread Studio, LLC, doing business as Emblem Edge Uniforms, a limited license to use the submitted artwork solely to prepare proofs, produce the approved order, and fulfill related services.
Emblem Edge Uniforms may feature completed orders in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the customer or school requests otherwise in writing or the applicable agreement prohibits such use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emblem Edge Uniforms and Spider Thread Studio, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to that claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material revisions will be identified by the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the Site after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
