Here’s our simple 4-step process to outfit your cohort. Embroidery is included and we can accept POs or invoice your purchasing department.

1) Quote

• Send your program name, student count, target in-hands date, colors, and size range.
• We reply with pricing tiers and lead time the same or next business day.

2) Proof

• 24-hour embroidery proof (placement + sizing) for approval.
• One round of edits is included.

3) Size Run (choose one)

• Samples: We ship a size set so you can try on.
• Private Store: We create a hidden page with your colors/logo; students select their own sizes and checkout individually.

4) Delivery

• Typical turnaround: 5–7 business days after proof approval for ≤150 sets.
• Tracking provided; grouped shipments or individual addresses available.
